SHIPPING RATES & METHODS

Now FREE Delivery in Ireland on all orders over €49!

Orders from €1 - €7.99 have a delivery fee of €1.95, order from €8 to €48.99 have a delivery fee of €3.95.

The table below list our current delivery rates and methods. Shipping charges are automatically calculated by the system.

UK Shipping

We now offer UK shipping for just €6.95 - UK delivery is 2-3 days from dispatch.

European delivery service - Now from just €9.95

A selected European delivery service is available from €9.95 - €19.95 (depending on country). and European Deliveries are 3-5 days from dispatch.

We use DPD / An Post for our Deliveries - A daytime contact number must be provided in order that our couriers can contact you in order to locate your address and ensure someone is available to receive your package.

Our default carrier is DPD however we now also use An Post for certain deliveries especially rural deliveries and where requested. The advantage of An Post is the driver nearly always knows the address particularly rural addresses, whereas the advantage of DPD is we can track the item every step of the way and contact the driver if there is any delivery issue. No matter which service is used the same low / free delivery charge applies.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Our Returns Policy

At Yankee.ie we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 30 days, with the unique delivery code issued at the time of shipment and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Defective items

You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us.

Delivery charges, gift wrapping and other services

We cannot refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Neither can we refund the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, for example gift wrapping.

To return an item

To return an item, please contact us by email or phone giving the reason for the return and the unique delivery code issued at the time of shipment, wrap the package securely and either send the package to the address below or we can arrange collection at our discounted rate of €5. - If the item being returned is faulty or an incorrect delivery, the collection fee does not apply.

Lost & Missing Deliveries

In spite of all our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. If you believe the delivery is severely overdue , please send us an e-mail at info@yankee.ie and we will take appropriate action. (Please include the Order Number).
